In addition to making sure the cows always have tasty food and nice dry bedding, whenever I get the chance in the winter I like to provide them a bit of entertainment to liven up their day. This afternoon seemed like the perfect opportunity to be a bit silly with the cows.
We brought the boys old toy car to the field and filled it full of hay. Then we watched to see what our curious cows did next….
Most of the cows were intrigued and approached it. Some nibbled the hay…some pushed the car around…some tried to scratch their heads on the car…a few kept their distance. The car got knocked over several times but overall I think fun and a bit of excitement was had by all the cows!!❤️
