“On Top of Spaghetti All Covered in Cheese……”

Mmmm last night was spaghetti and meatballs night! These were a tasty beef-pork mixture along with some spices and parmesan cheese.

Helpful tip – Make a double batch of meatballs to help with easy weeknight meals. Cook the extra meatballs in the oven for about 15 min (not quite fully cooked), let cool, then pop into a freezer bag and into the freezer. Whenever you need to toss a quick meal together, the meatballs can go from the freezer directly into the sauce to be heated through for a super speedy dinner.
