We did some taste testing last night for dinner of our latest beef inventory and we are happy to say it was amazing!!! We had the blade steak and sirloin tip steak, which are not the most popular cuts like tenderloin or ribeye or striploin, but they were so tender and full of flavour it’s hard to beat. We have them available in several of our boxes on our website or in our Farm Store, which is open from 9-2 today.
We also have our regular and seasoned burgers on sale for the month of May to welcome spring and celebrate family barbecues again. Some great options for making a memorable meal for your Mother’s Day weekend festivities.
