Funny story! This week I was making a new batch of our dehydrated grass-fed and finished beef heart dog treats. I had finished dehydrating about a third of the batch and put it in a bowl while the thicker pieces needed more time. When I came back a few hours later to check on everything I noticed the bowl had been moved….and was almost empty….what in the world?!?
My taste-tester for this batch evidently was Jack!! 
He thought they were beef jerky (which Ian does make quite often) and he had nothing but good reviews
