We have been having Friday night dinner at Ian’s parent’s (Fred and Sandra) house generally every week since we first started dating 14 years ago and were living in Waterloo at the time. It’s a great start to the weekend and a chance to catch-up and relax. Plus it’s always a fantastic meal!!
Last night we were treated to Fred’s super delicious beef brisket (from our farm of course!) and let me tell you, I don’t think there were many leftovers. The nice thing about this brisket recipe was that it was super simple and the only ingredients were: beef brisket, salt and pepper. When you have such flavourful and delicious grass-fed and finished beef, you don’t need many other ingredients😉 Happy weekend everyone!!
