Kids that grow up on a farm understand after school activities may include:
– Helping setup new grass paddocks for the cows
– Cleaning out the seed drill
– Driving the tractor with Grandpa to bale hay
– Rescuing a calf for his mama who somehow got on the wrong side of the fence
– Fencing….always lots of fencing
– Bedding the barn with fresh straw
– Checking on new calves
– Spreading manure on the fields
– Feeding, watering and moving chickens onto fresh grass
– Playing in square bale forts
– Adventures in the back pastures
– Playing with the friendly calves
We are so pleased to have two very helpful and creative kids that enjoy living here on the farm ❤️❤️❤️
