Mmmmmm brisket!! A wonderful feast for a summer get together. Every person we have spoken with about brisket has their own favourite recipe and method to prepare it. Usually it takes days and is a set time in the smoker or sous-vede or bbq or oven or combination of all of the above. Whatever your mad scientist methods are, I think everyone can agree that getting the bark just right is a true accomplishment and something to be enjoyed by all.
