We are currently taking custom orders for mixed quarters or a half beef, with our next available bulk order pick-up will be in mid-June.
What is a custom order you ask? That’s where you can buy a lot of delicious and nutritious grass-fed and grass-finished beef for a discounted price.
Our custom orders come with a mixture of ground beef, steaks (tenderloin, ribeye, striploin, sirloin blade etc.), roasts (sirloin tip, shoulder, eye of round, etc.), plus options for soup/marrow bones, brisket, burgers, stewing beef and sausages..
Our mixed quarter ends up being approximately 100 pounds of beef. You’ll need about 4 bankers boxes worth of freezer space to store a mixed quarter. If you are tight on freezer space why not split a quarter or half with a family member or friend!?
